Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or PowerBI.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic data sets.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Creative thinking and an interest in storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain and organize marketing assets, campaign calendars, and internal documentation.
• Support end‑to‑end execution of marketing campaigns, including setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
• Write and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, blog posts, website updates, and social media.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Excel; prepare reports with key findings and recommendations.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
• Help coordinate email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, etc.).
• Assist with internal communications, preparations for reporting meetings, and content updates to the company website or intranet.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
