Qualifications

• Must be available to work in NYC office Mon–Thu for 28 hours/week.
• Currently pursuing undergrad or recent grad status.
• Interest in book marketing and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative assistance including ordering galleys, e-galleys, and promotional items
• Support on title marketing campaigns as directed
• Coordinate mailings to booksellers and social media influencers
• Review e-Galley requests on NetGalley and Edelweiss+, approving or declining as appropriate
• Create engaging posts for official social channels including photography and copy writing
• Research influencers across Bookstagram and BookTok for outreach
• Write copy for marketing letters and select ad materials including Facebook and Instagram ads
• Submit advertising assets requests to Ad/Promo and Digital Advertising teams and route for approvals
