• Current Sophomore, Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Experience with copywriting, SEO, and digital content is preferred.
• Familiarity with AP style and ability to tailor content for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and optimize consumer-facing digital content across formats such as articles, product and landing pages, FAQs, email, social content and video scripts.
• Learn how copy changes based on audience, channel, customer need and journey stage.
• Use SEO and search insights to create content that is useful, easy to find and aligned with customer intent.
• Research topics and translate insurance concepts into clear language.
• Partner with writers, content strategists, SEO professionals and other marketing teams to improve content.
• Participate in content reviews and incorporate feedback and accessibility considerations.
