Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, seeks a Manufacturing Associate Intern for Summer 2027 at the Elwood, Kansas plant. You will join the TSMS team on a hands-on project to improve processes and support operational excellence.

Qualified students are pursuing engineering majors and have basic MS Office skills. Travel up to 10% to Indianapolis, with housing support available for interns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering major (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Process).
• Experience with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Understand the manufacturing process and document using GMP guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process or quality improvements.
• Learn about quality control, production, packaging and related processes.
• Support design improvement and process optimization activities.
