Job summary

Enterprise is offering a paid Management Internship located at 2596 Cumberland St., Lebanon PA. The program provides hands‑on leadership training, team-based learning, and real responsibilities from day one, including customer service, marketing support, and fleet management exposure.

Interns work full-time for 10–12 weeks at $16 per hour, starting in the Summer Orientation Class on May 24th. Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans.

Qualifications

• Must be Junior or rising Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on record in the past 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must start in Summer Intern Orientation Class on Monday, May 24th.
• Must commit to a 40-hour per week schedule for 10–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Engage in intern projects and friendly competition; may be eligible for performance incentives and referrals.
