Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and building maintenance procedures.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Ability to lift heavy items, work on ladders, and stand for long periods.
• Proven general maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, materials, and support to maintenance technicians during installations or repairs.
• Maintain a clean work environment, clean tools and machinery, and remove debris.
• Performs basic building maintenance, such as patching walls, painting, replacing light bulbs, and clearing drains.
• Assist with repair or replacement of exterior building lights and HVAC repairs on rooftops.
• Assist with inventory control, restocking supplies, and keeping tools organized.
