Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in corporate law and contract issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft correspondence for various legal issues.
• Assist with research projects including contracts, IP, privacy, HR and litigation.
• Support the Legal Department and collaborate with business units and vendors under attorney supervision.
