Job summary

Zeeco, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Legal Intern to join the Corporate Counsel team for the Summer 2027 internship. You will support diverse legal matters and gain practical experience alongside seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities include legal research and writing, preparing correspondence, supporting sales contracts, IP, privacy, HR and litigation efforts, and assisting business units with negotiations under the supervision of a Zeeco attorney.

• Work with members of the Legal Department on a variety of research projects, which may include sales contracts, intellectual property, privacy, human resources, and litigation
• Provide internal support to the various business units, support complex negotiations with vendors and customers, and will work closely with our business partners to further Zeeco's business interests. Under the supervision of a Zeeco attorney, the intern will gain experience in various practice areas within the group.
