Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, memos, board resolutions, etc.
• Prepare legal memoranda and other legal documents as needed.
• Collaborate on projects in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Insurance Regulatory and Contract law.
• Assist attorneys as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
• Present a final Capstone project capturing key takeaways and lessons learned.
