Landscaping365 in Dublin & Northwest Columbus is hiring for a Summer Landscape Team Member with paid training. Starting pay is $18.50–$20.00/hr with weekly pay, daytime hours, and a meet-up location in Groveport.

No landscaping experience required; training is provided and dependable, coachable individuals are encouraged to apply. You'll perform bed maintenance, weeding, mulching, planting, and lawn/detail work while learning professional landscaping skills directly from the owner.

We’re hiring dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape team for the remainder of the season.

No landscaping experience required.

We train you our proven landscaping system from the ground up so you can build consistent, professional-quality work. What matters most is showing up, working hard, and being willing to learn.

SCHEDULE:

Monday–Friday

9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (typical work window)

No 6:00 AM starts—designed for a summer-friendly schedule.

Occasionally extended for job completion when needed

PAY:

• $18.50–$20.00/hr starting pay (based on reliability and performance)
• Weekly pay
