• Pursuing college degree with ~60 credit hours completed.
• Interest in horticulture, landscape, construction, business or related field.
• Love working outdoors and collaborating with others.

• Seeking hands-on experience, not just a resume line.

• Explore career opportunities within the landscape industry.
• Capable of performing outdoor physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across horticulture, irrigation, construction, design, client relationships, and business operations.
• Learn how different areas of a large-scale landscape company work together to serve clients.
• Shadow and support Account Managers and Operations Managers as needed.
• Develop practical skills through hands-on tasks and real project exposure.
• Contribute to on-site work and field measurements for estimating and bidding.
