Responsibilities

• Rotate through areas such as horticulture, irrigation, and landscape construction.
• Assist with landscape installation and field layout.
• Learn about plant health care practices and equipment.
• Shadow account managers and learn client relationship building.
• Support business operations and project management in a commercial landscape context.
• Participate in daily tasks across maintenance, design, and operations.
