Job summary

IMEG is hiring a Landscape Architecture Intern in Boston, MA. Over 10-12 weeks, you will assist with landscape design solutions, deliverables, and site visits as part of a collaborative land development team.

You will support exhibits, planting plans, and tree preservation plans, while collaborating with landscape designers and other professionals to meet client expectations and project budgets.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA), or equivalent.
• Strong graphic and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with exhibits, presentation graphics, and renderings.
• Prepare landscape and planting plans and tree preservation plans.
• Support research, calculations, and data entry for plans and reports.
• Contribute to concept and schematic landscape design.
• Participate in site visits and tree assessments.
• Prepare landscape sheets in entitlement drawing submission packages.
• Collaborate with internal landscape designers and other professionals.
• Help meet project goals within the project budget.
