Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, invites undergraduates to join its Summer 2027 IT Internship in Indianapolis. You will work with application product teams on a real-world technology project, gather requirements, assist with testing and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in mentoring and networking events, and have access to housing support.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate information sciences degree program (Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or related).
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work on a defined technology project that addresses a business need and can be completed within the 12-week internship.
• Partner with Elanco application product teams and business stakeholders to understand needs and contribute to a real-world technology solution.
• Gather and document application requirements, testing needs, processes, and other information to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with team members across the organization to solve problems, share ideas, and move project work forward.
• Track project progress, results, and key learnings, and present outcomes to Elanco leaders at internship conclusion.
• Build relationships and network across the organization while gaining exposure to technology and application work within a global company.
