Job summary

Medline Industries, LP offers a paid internship for a Business Systems Intern in the Summer 2027 program, focused on enhancing our SAP Environment across Chargebacks, Source to Pay, Master Data, and ERP Systems. Interns work with mentors and sponsors to drive real business value and gain hands-on experience in business process analysis, data analysis, systems design, development, testing and deployment.

The ten-week program runs from early June through mid-August, with opportunities for

Qualifications

Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar.
Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Java is a plus.
Unrestricted permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Work on projects to enhance the SAP Environment and related modules (Chargebacks, Source to Pay, Master Data, ERP).
Lead project activities with mentors, sponsors and management to drive successful outcomes.
Partner with analysts, developers and business stakeholders to deliver business benefits and process improvements.
Prepare and present project results highlighting impact and learned insights.
