Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with Finance or Accounting focus, preferred.

• Leadership experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct financial models analyzing valuation through comps, precedent transactions, DCF and metrics.
• Develop written documentation including pitch books, memoranda, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Support deal sourcing by researching potential clients and industries for memos.
• Perform other duties as required.
