Job summary

American National Insurance Company offers a summer internship program in Houston, TX, designed to deliver meaningful, real-world accounting exposure and professional development. Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Interest in investments, accounting, and financial reporting
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and see projects through completion

Responsibilities

Support monthly and quarterly accounting and regulatory reporting
Prepare and validate reports and account reconciliations
Research investment transactions and analyze holdings data
Maintain documentation and organize audit workpapers
Review data quality and support financial reporting controls
