Job summary

Job One in Missouri seeks a SWEP Job Coach to support individuals with disabilities as they gain real-world work experience and vocational skills. You will coach at community sites, teach workplace expectations, and partner with employers to promote inclusive settings.

You’ll track progress, maintain documentation, and transport participants to activities while advocating for dignity and independence. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in outdoor settings.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
