Job summary

Costa Farms offers a paid internship program at our Miami headquarters. The internship runs for nine weeks, requiring in-person participation from rising seniors. You will work across departments like Accounting, Finance, Horticulture, IT, Demand Planning, Sales, HR, and more, solving real-world challenges while learning about our business.

You may receive a contingent offer to join as a full-time employee after graduation. A resume and cover letter must accompany your application.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or higher required.
• Course work in relevant discipline encouraged.
• Membership in school clubs is preferred.
• Public speaking skills beneficial.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rising Senior (graduating by the Summer of the following year).
• Attend in-person for 9 weeks at our headquarters in Miami, FL.
