Costa Farms, headquartered in Miami, invites a paid internship analyst to join for a 9-week in-person program at our Miami HQ. As an Analyst, you will create reports, analyze performance, and support managers with actionable insights.

This internship spans multiple departments—Accounting, Finance, Horticulture, IT, Demand Planning, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing—giving you hands-on exposure.

Qualifications

• Rising Senior (graduating by the Summer of the following year).
• Be able to attend in-person for 9 weeks at our headquarters in Miami, FL
• Include a resume and cover letter with your application

Responsibilities

• Create reports to understand, explain, and develop key performance drivers for the department.
• Provide timely, accurate analysis regarding business performance and how results flow into the business area or function.
• Work closely with managers and internal customers to understand their needs and provide analytical support.
• Being a Costa Farms intern means you get immersive experience with the rest of the organization. Working in a project team with your peers, you'll learn all about our business while solving real-world challenges.
