WSFS Bank offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program for ambitious college students seeking a career in financial services. This 10-week, paid program provides project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and networking across multiple bank departments in Wilmington, DE and Cherry Hill, NJ & Berwyn, PA.

Interns will gain hands-on experience, work with industry professionals, and participate in professional development, volunteer initiatives, and leadership exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Pursuing a college degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Gain exposure to the commercial lending process and understand how a bank evaluates and manages relationships with businesses.
• Learn to analyze company financial statements and borrowing needs.
• Observe underwriting, approvals, closing, and ongoing portfolio management.
• Attend trainings and mentorship sessions with Credit professionals and relationship managers.
• Collaborate with team members across Commercial Centralized Credit, C&I Lending, and other divisions.
