• Complete duties of an entry-level professional in the assigned area of the Bank.
• Adhere to internal policies and external regulations as applicable.
• Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; escalate issues as needed.
• Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely audit responses and regulator points.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
