Rio Tinto Borates is recruiting for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in California as part of the Early Talent initiative. Interns will work across multiple disciplines including Engineering, Geoscience, Environmental, Data Science, Health & Safety, and Business/Commerce.

The program may lead to a future permanent graduate role. Interested students should be returning to school after the internship and must have the right to work in the USA.

Qualificações

• At least one year completed in your field of study (Bachelor’s degree) or currently pursuing your master’s degree.
• Leadership skills, eagerness to learn and ready for the challenge ahead.
• Flexibility and autonomy
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

We are actively recruiting university students to join our 2027 Summer Internship Program and experience day-to-day-life at Rio Tinto. Following the internship, you may have an opportunity to be considered for a future permanent grad role with Rio Tinto.

*To be eligible, you must be returning to school the semester following the internship, have the right to work full-time in the USA and have a valid drivers’ license.
