Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Pathology, Pharmacology, Imaging Sciences, Bioengineering, or related scientific discipline.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at application or in the future.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the internship.
• Must relocate to Cambridge, MA and work 40hrs/week, Mon–Fri for the full duration.
• Prior laboratory research experience through coursework or internships.
• Demonstrated interest in translational research and drug discovery.
• Strong foundation in biological sciences and disease biology concepts.
• Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with standard research techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct translational research using in vitro and in vivo disease models to investigate biology and therapeutic mechanisms.
• Utilize advanced imaging technologies and histopathology tools to generate high-quality data.
• Apply AI-based image analysis systems and computational tools to quantify complex data.
• Collaborate with pathologists, imaging scientists, biologists, and data scientists to support objectives.
• Participate in experimental design, data collection, analysis and presentation to project teams.
• Maintain accurate lab records in compliance with GLP and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to scientific discussions and present progress at team meetings.
• Engage in professional development activities and training opportunities.
