Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks several 2027 interns in Training, Communications & HR within IO Operations & Product Supply. These full‑time, onsite roles run May/June to August, across the Rensselaer/East Greenbush/Menands NY area.

You’ll support onboarding, learning programs, HR operations and communications initiatives, with emphasis on collaboration, organization and digital tools like Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program.
• GPA guidance is 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong communication, creativity and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training and HR processes.
• Help build training playbooks and resources.
• Assist in team knowledge organization and project coordination.
