Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Demonstrated leadership in campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred

Responsibilities

• Help keep research and clinical programs organized, visible, and moving forward.
• Projects may include supporting drug development program management, tracking timelines and milestones, building decision-support tools and research catalogues, improving knowledge-management resources, supporting strategic planning for clinical operations, improving lab and study operations (e.g. lab supply and equipment management and process standardization), analyzing business metrics, and running surveys.
• Expect project management, data organization, writing, and presentations, working across scientific and business teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and strong written communication are key; an interest in drug development helps. One project is better suited to a PharmD student.
