Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) invites you to join our Procurement team as an Intern. You will support vendor scorecards, dashboards, and data analysis to inform sourcing decisions.

This role provides exposure to third-party management, cross-functional collaboration, and process documentation, developing practical procurement skills in a global life and health reinsurance context.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related business field.
• Demonstrates flexibility/adaptability and learns quickly; enjoys challenges.
• Microsoft Office application experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) a plus.
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the development and maintenance of vendor scorecards to evaluate supplier performance across key metrics such as quality, delivery, cost, and compliance.
• Support the creation and enhancement of dashboards and reporting tools to visualize procurement data and vendor analytics.
• Analyze vendor data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in vendor risk reviews, helping assess financial, operational, and compliance risks associated with sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support sourcing strategies.
• Help document procurement processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively, actively listening and articulates messages in a way that is broadly understandable. Adjusts communication style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

The Procurement Intern assists with responsibilities for various aspects of procurement activities for a business segment or market, provides general support of Third-Party Management Framework, guides and assists RGA business stakeholders through the relationship management processes.
