Job summary

First Citizens Bank is offering a hybrid summer internship in the Working Capital Finance division. You will gain hands-on experience in financing middle-market companies, with rotations across underwriting and account executive areas.

The program emphasizes development, professional sessions, and presentation of a final project to division leadership. The internship runs from late May to late July, with a dedicated manager and program leadership to help you navigate the bank and the internship

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience preferred.
Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution during the program.
Ability to work 40 hours per week during the internship period.

Responsibilities

Be part of a dynamic team with interesting projects.
Accountabilities may include research, analytics, projects, strategy, process review and improvement, and technology enhancements and support.
Attend professional development sessions, informational sessions, networking and community service events.
Have a dedicated manager and program manager to guide you through the internship.
Be assigned a project and present it to leadership at the end of the internship.
Prepare a wrap-up presentation outlining accomplishments and experience.
