Responsibilities

• Help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with employee benefits administration.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and helping new employees settle into their roles.
• Assist in ensuring that the company is compliant with labor laws and internal policies. Help maintain proper HR documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
• Collaborate on various HR projects, such as performance management, compensation analysis, and HR technology improvements.
• Working on various projects as part of a team, with the potential for briefing senior leadership.
• Making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Administrative support such as answering the phone, scanning, filing, copying, etc.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, communications, psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to work independently when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
