Job summary

Shine BrightX LLC is seeking a motivated engineering student for a paid full-time summer internship in Cranberry Township. You will help develop proposals, create project schedules, estimate costs, identify risks, and gather vendor quotes while collaborating with Account Teams, Engineering, and Sales to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role includes participation in technical meetings with customers and assisting the Americas I&C group with automation of internal tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Completion of sophomore year of college is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development including schedule creation, cost buildup, risk identification, and vendor quotes.
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Engineering, and Sales to develop customer solutions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support various aspects of proposal development including project schedule creation, cost buildup, risk identification, vendor quotes, and writing technical descriptions
• Collaborate with Account Teams, Engineering organizations, and Sales to develop solutions and offerings for customers
• Participate in developing unique solutions to address customer needs and provide offers
• Support proposal development for products by defining scope and organizing input from multiple groups
• Participate in technical meetings with customers
• Assist the Americas I&C group with automation of internal tools

About You

The company is looking for:

• A candidate pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering
• Completion of sophomore year of college

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid full-time summer internship from May to August 2027
• Hourly rate estimated between $25.40 and $29.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills
• Hybrid remote/in-office work arrangement at the Cranberry facility
