Job summary

Allegion invites a Summer Intern for Business Process Improvement in Carmel, Indiana. This short-term program offers exposure to the Allegion Business Operations, Data and Analytics, and leadership teams, with opportunities to contribute to customer-facing process improvements.

You will work with cross-functional groups to drive structured problem solving, analyze data using Excel and Power BI, and help implement the MDI roadmap and Leader Standard Work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management, technology or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Team player able to quickly establish successful cooperation with all colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MDI data to drive improvements.
• Drive structured problem solving for sustainable improvements for our customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer experience, technical support, order management and sales.
• Collect, analyze, and manipulate data from business systems using Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
• Lead cross-functional projects in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery and People/Engagement.
• Assist with Business Operations Excellence Roadmap and rollout of MDI, LSW, and integration of technology into our processes.
