Job summary

Allegion is offering a Summer Intern - Business Process Improvement in Carmel, Indiana. This short-term role lets you explore Allegion Business Operations, work with leaders, and contribute to customer-facing process improvements.

You will use MDI data and MS Excel/Power BI to analyze information, drive improvements, and help implement the roadmap for Operations Excellence across teams such as customer experience, technical support, and order management.

• Collect, analyze, and manipulate data from business systems using Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
• Lead cross functional projects in Interaction Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery, and People/Engagement.
• Assist with Business Operations Excellence Roadmap and rollout of MDI, LSW (Leader Standard Work), and integration of technology into our processes.

The Business Process Improvement Intern is a short-term opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Business Operations and Process Improvement. During the internship, you’ll have the chance to learn about the Allegion Business Operations business, Data and Analytics, work closely with leaders, and contribute to customer facing process improvements.
