Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to support the Informatics team by analyzing healthcare and business data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights for decision-making.

You will work Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, pursuing a degree in Business or Analytics with a 3.0+ GPA, junior or senior or recent grad, and you must have access to an Android or iOS device for Microsoft Authenticator.

The Informatics Department leverages data, analytics, and technology to deliver insights that support informed decision-making across all business areas of the organization. Team members collaborate with business and technical partners to transform data into meaningful solutions that enhance operations, improve experiences, and drive business success.

Job Description:

The Business Analytics Intern will support the Informatics team by analyzing healthcare and business data developing reports and dashboards and providing insights that support informed decision-making.

• Business Analytics background
• Technical skills

Education:

• Pursuing a degree in Business or Analytics
• Current Junior, Senior, or Recent grad up to one year
• 3.0+ or greater

Program Dates

Program Completion Date: August 6 th , 2027

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
