Summer Internship Program - Academy Bank’s Summer Internship offers students pursuing business-related degrees hands-on experience in banking. General

• Term of Internship: 8 weeks starting the first week of June and ending the last week of July.
• Full-time, 32-hour work week.
• Monday through Thursday schedule (9:00-5:00 or 8:30-4:30), excluding the Juneteenth and Independence Day paid holidays.
• Hourly rate of $18.00 per hour.
• All interns will perform real work in the assigned department, research and present on a real-work issue facing the banking industry and participate in a professionalism series that focuses on skills necessary to succeed in a professional environment, such as communication, etiquette, personal branding, and interviewing skills.
