Rabobank Chicago is offering a 10-week, full-time paid internship in Corporate Banking for current finance majors. You’ll provide analytical, transactional, and marketing support to the Food & Agribusiness coverage team, assist with transaction execution and business development, and prepare client presentations and marketing materials.

The program includes mentoring, hands-on assignments, and exposure to live deals, with a clear path to analyst roles for top performers.

Formación

• Current junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Business, banking, and finance coursework with finance club participation or relevant collegiate involvement.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A sincere interest in food and agribusiness and a desire to pursue a career in corporate banking; internship experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at Rabobank’s Chicago, IL office.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Your Role

Compensation & Benefits

• Target hiring range: $49.50 per hour.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week, 10-week paid internship program.

Training & Development

The internship includes hands-on assignments, professional development, training, and access to senior bankers. Students will be matched with a mentor and provided opportunities to build practical corporate banking skills and contribute to live transactions and new business development.
