You will explore Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth while gaining hands-on experience in sales, client service, and policy administration.

Learn from industry experts, participate in workshops, and receive mentorship to build professional skills. High-potential interns may be considered for full-time roles across HUB's U.S.

Qualifications

College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Independent and self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

Client engagement with clients and communities across the United States.
Policy administration: manage policies, endorsements, renewals, data handling, and claims support.
Market research of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
Technical training through workshops and industry sessions.
Reporting: prepare updates and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
