The Ansay Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience in the insurance industry through meaningful work and mentorship. You'll rotate through various departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of agency operations.

This paid, part-time internship provides exposure to multiple career paths, opportunities to shadow professionals, and networking with the Executive Leadership team while developing communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Some college or better in Advertising or related field.
• Some college or better in Business Administration or related field.
• Some college or better in Marketing or related field.
• Some college or better in Sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow professionals across departments and locations.
• Network with the Executive Leadership team and other professionals.
• Learn core industry concepts and technology tools used in day-to-day operations.
• Participate in hands-on business challenges, community involvement events, and team-building activities.
