Qualifications

• Enrolled in Master’s degree (MBA preferred) graduating Dec 2027 or Spring 2028.
• 1–3 years related job experience.
• Industrial engineering and supply chain knowledge.
• Proficient MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Self-starter, eager to learn, organized.

Responsibilities

• Support and provide recommendations for process improvement and updating network productivity standards for VAS.
• Execution of Line Optimization program for distribution centers.
• Review CAD drawings and BOM with CAD tools.
• Drive productivity improvements to reduce labor spend.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
