Job summary

The GIANT Company is offering a 2027 Summer Internship Program in Carlisle, PA. This 10-week paid internship provides on-the-job learning, virtual trainings, and access to executive leadership to fuel your career in a multi-state grocery retailer.

You will work 40 hours per week from June 7 to August 13, 2027, with three in-person days in our Carlisle brand office. Candidates should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be at least a sophomore in college, with a passion for HR and learning across Talent

Qualifications

• GPA requirement to indicate academic performance.
• Sophomore standing as a minimum for internship eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support Human Resources functions in collaborative projects.
• Work with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Inclusion and Culture, Team Member Relations) on HR tasks.
• Provide support on policies, processes, and career development initiatives.
• Build HR skills through learning during the internship program.
