Western Digital invites ambitious students to join the Summer 2027 HR Intern program in San Jose. You will work on a real HR project across teams such as Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and Compensation & Benefits, guided by experienced HR professionals.

The program includes hands-on tools, analytics training, and a capstone presentation to WD leadership. You’ll gain practical HR experience, build strong cross-functional relationships, and explore where your HR career can go within a

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
Interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Ability to analyze information, interpret data, and draw insights.
Clear communicator who collaborates across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR systems.

Responsibilities

Own a real project within WD’s HR teams (Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Organisational Development, etc.).
Participate in a structured learning curriculum to build early-career HR skills.
Work with modern HR tools and analytics, collaborate across the HR function.
Present capstone project to WD leadership at program end.
