Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication with clients, vendors, and property partners.
• Enthusiastic, organized, creative, and eager to learn in corporate housing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Willingness to drive locally to support move-ins, inspections, and visits.
• National is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace; background check and 5-panel drug screen after offer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate seamless guest move-ins and address service challenges.
• Build and manage vendor relationships and coordinate with property managers.
• Assist with property visits, apartment inspections, and inventory control.
• Support office administration and basic warehouse operations where needed.
• Contribute to leadership development exposure and program readiness.
