Great Wolf Lodge is offering a Summer Hospitality Internship in Mashantucket. This 10-week, full-time program places you in guest services, housekeeping, retail, attractions, entertainment, or food & beverages, with hands-on experience and mentorship.

You will rotate through departments, deliver outstanding service to families, and participate in group projects and onboarding activities. The role is on-site with evening/weekend availability and requires safety and background checks.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an associate degree or bachelor’s degree program during internship.
  • Available to complete at minimum a 10-week program (End of May to Early August).
  • Experience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.
  • Flexibility regarding scheduling based on business demands; including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US.
  • No housing or relocation will be provided.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance Guest Experience by greeting and engaging guests and maintaining professional presentation.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and escalate issues to leadership.
  • Follow safety guidelines and asset protection protocols.
  • Perform duties in the assigned department (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Retail, Attractions, Entertainment, or Food & Beverage).
  • Maintain organized work areas and participate in required trainings and program projects.
