Role Summary:

Working safely within a cooperative team environment, the Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting and packaging finished goods to our customers' specifications. All work is performed in a climate-controlled environment.

Salary: $19.55 per hour, plus $3.00 shift differential

Accountable for:

1. Understanding the needs of the customers and how a quality part is defined by them
2. Assisting in ensuring the output of our process is a quality part by inspecting for quality defects
3. Reading and understanding job order packing specifications
4. Preparing product for shipment by packing items according to order specifications
5. Operating grinder and removing scrap when necessary
6. Changing rolls of plastic as needed
7. Communicating quality and machinery concerns to appropriate personnel
8. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Desired Qualifications:

3. Dexterity and the ability to work quickly and accurately
4. Proficient in English

Physical Demands:

1. Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs.
2. Occasional lifting to 50 lbs.
