Role Summary

The Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting and packaging finished goods according to customer specifications in a climate-controlled environment, working safely within a cooperative team.

Compensation

$19.55 per hour, plus $2.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and quality standards
• Inspect products for defects to ensure quality
• Read and interpret packing specifications
• Prepare products for shipment following order specifications
• Operate grinders and handle scrap removal
• Change plastic rolls as needed
• Report quality and machinery concerns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

Physical Demands
