Job summary

Worlds of Fun LLC is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the summer season. You’ll be the friendly face guests turn to for help, park information, and ticket inquiries, delivering a positive experience across the park environment.

As a Guest Services Associate, you’ll greet guests, sell admissions products, handle transactions, and assist with Lost & Found. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a lively outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with guests face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather.
• For Lost & Found: ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong teamwork skills and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help answer questions about the park.
• Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products.
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Listen to guest concerns or feedback and help find solutions.
• Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area.
• Use multiple computer systems to assist guests.
• Manage Lost and Found items and inventory.
• Help create a positive guest experience every day.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership.
