Job summary

Enchanted Parks in Missouri is hiring a Guest Relations Team Member (16+) for the summer season. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, sell admissions, and help create a positive park experience.

Evening and weekend availability is preferred. After 4pm during Fright Fest, you’ll earn an extra $2/hour on top of the standard rate; on-the-job training provided and open to applicants 16 years and older.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with guests face-to-face and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in busy situations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help answer questions about the park.
• Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products.
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly; listen to guest concerns and help find solutions.
• Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area.
• Rent strollers and wheelchairs when needed.
• Use multiple computer systems to assist guests.
• Manage Lost and Found items and inventory.
• Help create a positive guest experience every day.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership.
