Job summary

Enchanted Parks is seeking a Guest Relations Team Member for the summer season. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help with admissions, providing friendly, helpful service in a busy park environment.

This role offers on-site hours with flexible weekends and evenings. A $2/hour incentive applies after 4pm during Fright Fest, and on-the-job training is provided to new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with guests face-to-face and over the phone
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions about the park
• Sell tickets, season passes, and other admissions products
• Handle transactions accurately and responsibly; listen to guest concerns and help find solutions
• Respond to guests in person, by phone, or electronically
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming work area
• Rent strollers and wheelchairs when needed
• Use multiple computer systems to assist guests
• Manage Lost and Found items and inventory
• Help create a positive guest experience every day
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership
