ASRC Federal Field Services, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking Temporary, Summer Grounds Laborers to support our government customer programs in Enid, Oklahoma.

Key Role:

1. The Summer Grounds Laborer maintains grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property such as buildings, camps, picnic grounds, parks, playgrounds, greenhouses, and athletic fields. Responsibilities include tasks such as cutting grass with walking-type or riding mowers, trimming hedges and edges, pruning shrubs and trees, spraying lawn and plant fertilizers or insecticides.
2. Additional duties involve planting grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs, watering during dry periods, removing leaves and litter, snow removal, spreading salt, and repairing or painting fences, gates, benches, tables, guardrails, and outbuildings.
3. This worker assists in the repair of roads, walkways, buildings, and mechanical equipment, and may perform cleaning tasks in various facilities.
4. The position is located in a campus-like setting with multiple buildings and parking areas, requiring attentiveness to prevent damage and injury.
5. Work is performed outdoors in extreme heat and dusty conditions.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a current Oklahoma Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to contract requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care experience is a plus
