1. Provide our customers with fast, friendly customer service by adhering to common courtesies and delivering the brand promise with every customer.
2. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.
3. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs, promoting current offers, and referring customers to colleagues for financial solutions.
4. Demonstrate all channel capabilities and communicate their benefits to customers.
5. Work at multiple branch locations to support flexibility and meet customer expectations.
6. Perform customer banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
7. Support sales by referring customers needing additional financial solutions.
8. Share product and service promotions and new opportunities with customers.
9. Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
10. Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience (Required).
• Experience: Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills and computer experience (Required).
