Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites ambitious students to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program in Berwyn, PA. This paid 10-week internship offers hands-on project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and cross‑department collaboration.

You'll support Investment Research across Fixed Income, Equity, Asset Allocation and Operations, gaining exposure to portfolio analysis and investment decision processes. On-site work at WSFS Bank locations is required for the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Research teams across disciplines, including Fixed Income, Equity Research, Asset Allocation and Investment Operations.
• Assist with data gathering, documentation, process improvement initiatives, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to investment research, portfolio analysis, and the investment decision‑making process.
